摘 要:取向的纳米纤维具有良好的力学性能、尺寸稳定性,有利于细胞的黏附和增殖,并且其性能随纤维取向程度的提高而改善。纳米纤维的取向特征可通过电镜图像观察分析,以傅里叶频谱图一定半径的圆区域为对象,分不同的方向角沿半径对灰度求和,描绘出傅里叶频谱图谱强度随方向角的分布曲线,再通过曲线拟合获取峰值曲线特征,定量描述纳米纤维的取向效果。结果表明:通过对电镜图像的傅里叶变换,获取的频谱图可直观地反映纳米纤维的取向特征,有利于对傅里叶频谱图取向特征进行测量。The orientation of nano fiber has good mechanical properties, dimensional stability, and favorable interference for the cell proliferation and adhesion, and its performances improve with the enhancement of degree of fiber orientation. Nano-fiber orientation features can be observed and analyzed by electron microscope image, and this paper takes a circle area with a given radius as research subject on the Fourier transform spectrogram, makes the gray summation along the radius of different direction angles, and depicts spectral intensity distribution of different direction angles. From curve-fitting, peak curve characteristics are extracted and then used to quantitatively describe orientation effect. Through Fourier transform of SEM image, the spectrogram obtained can intuitively reflect the orientation characteristics of nanofibers, benefiting the measurement of the orientation characteristics of Fourier transform spectrogram.
