摘  要:为探究新型功能性纤维咖啡炭纤维纬编面料的性能,选用咖啡炭纤维纱线、锦/氨包芯纱、锦纶纱等为原料设计开发了咖啡炭纬编平针添纱面料和其对照试样锦纶平针添纱面料,并对面料的抗菌、保暖、透气以及导湿等性能指标进行测试。结果表明,在相近的纱线线密度、织物面密度的条件下,由于咖啡炭纤维的内部微孔效应,使得其纬编针织面料具有一定的抑菌性、较好的保暖性及导湿性能,此外该纤维面料还具有很好的透气性能,研究结果可为日后咖啡炭纤维纬编面料的生产提供参考。To explore the performance of new functional coffee carbon fiber weft knitted fabrics, the coffee carbon weft plain plating sample and its contol sample nylon weft plain plating fabric are designed with the raw materials of coffee carbon fiber yarn, nylon/spandex core-spun yarn, nylon yarn and so on. The antibacterial property, warmth retention, air permeability and moisture transfer of the samples were tested. The results show that with the similar linear density of yarn and similar surface density of fabric, the coffee carbon fiber weft knitted fabric has some antibacterial property, better warmth retention and moisture transfer because of its internal microporous effect. In addition, it has very good air permeability. This study provides a reference for the future production of coffee carbon fiber weft knitted fabrics.
