摘 要:为了系统地讨论活性染料泡沫染色发泡体系的性能,采用机械搅拌法发泡,用发泡比和泡沫半衰期表征泡沫性能,深入研究了发泡剂、稳定剂等对发泡性能的影响,并研究了活性染料、无机盐、碱剂和尿素等添加剂对发泡的影响。结果表明:用十二烷基硫酸钠作为泡沫体系的发泡剂,十二醇和瓜尔胶作为稳定剂,且十二醇与瓜尔胶复配比例为3:4时的泡沫体系较稳定;而染料和各种添加剂均对泡沫体系的发泡性能有一定影响。To analyze properties of the Reactive Dye foaming system, the foam is generated by mechanical stirring, and blowing ratio and half-life of foam are used to characterise the foam properties; different foaming agents and stabilizers were added in the foaming system to analyze their effects on foam properties ; and different concentrations of reactive dyes, inorganic salts, sodium carbonate and urea were added in the foaming system to investigate the influence of concentrations on foam properties and foam stability. The experiment results indicated that when using 2 g/L sodium dodecyl sulfate as foaming agent, dodecanol and guar gum (3:4) as stabilizers, the foam system was stable; and dyes and additive agents all influenced the foam properties.
