表面活性剂对C.I.活性蓝221的增溶作用

摘  要:分别以NaCl、AEO9、AEO3、JFC、AES和L-64为添加剂,研究其对C.I.活性蓝221在25℃水中溶解度的影响。结果表明:NaCl的加入会大幅降低染料的溶解度;而5种表面活性剂对染料都有增溶作用,增溶效果依次为JFC≈L-64>AEO9>AEO3>AES。当JFC或L-64质量浓度为80 g/L时,可使C.I.活性蓝221的溶解度由初始的100 g/L提高至190 g/L。以JFC、L-64、AEO9为混合助溶剂时,当溶液中含有15 g/L JFC、20 g/L L-64和5 g/L AEO9时,C.I.活性蓝221的溶解度可增大至200 g/L,染料溶液稳定时间达20 h以上。The solubility of C. I. Reactive Blue 221 in water was investigated at 25 ~C using NaC1, AEO9, AEO3, JFC, AES and L-64 as additive, respectively. The results showed that the solubility of C.I. Reactive Blue 221 was significantly decreased with the addition of NaC1, while addition of each of other surfactants increased the dye solubility . The major-minor order of their solubilization effects is: JFC ≈ L-64 〉 AEO9 〉 AEO3 〉 AES. When AEO9 or L-64 was added with a dosage of 80 g/L, the solubility of C.I. Reactive Blue 221 was improved from 100 g/L to 190 g/L. When JFC 15 g/L, L-64 20 g/L and AEO9 5 g/L were contained in the solution of C. I. Reactive Blue 221, its solubility was increased to 200 g/L, and the dye solution remained stable for more than 20 hours.
