摘 要:以硅丙乳液为基料,以聚磷酸铵(APP)、季戊四醇(PER)和三聚氰胺(MEL)为阻燃体系,以钼酸铵[(NH4)6Mo7O24·4H2O]为阻燃抑烟协效剂,制备了防火涂料。通过大板燃烧法与热重法(TGA)分析了不同钼酸铵含量的防火涂料的热性能,测试了其烟密度。通过扫描电镜和红外光谱对炭层的微观结构进行了表征。结果表明,钼酸铵对硅丙乳液防火涂料的阻燃抑烟性能影响显著,当APP的质量分数为22.6%、PER为10.2%、MEL为13.6%、钼酸铵含量为0.3%时,所制备的防火涂料的耐燃时间达到65min,残炭量23%,产烟量很低,烟密度等级为21.3。A fire-retardant coating was prepared with silicone-acrylate emulsion as binder and ammonium polyphosphate (APP), pentaerythritol (PER), and melamine (MEL) as flame-retardant system and ammonium molybdate [(NH4)6Mo7O24·4H2O] as flame-retardant and smoke suppressant synergist. The thermal performance of the fire-retardant coatings with different contents of ammonium molybdate was examined by big-panel method and thermo- gravimetric analysis (TGA), and the smoke density was determined. The microstructure of the carbon layer was characterized by scanning electron microscopy and infrared (IR) spectroscopy. The results indicated that ammonium molybdate has a remarkably effect on flame-retardant and smoke suppressant property of the silicone-acrylate emulsion fire-retardant coating. The coating prepared with APP 22.6wt%, PER 10.2wt%, MEL 13.6wt%, and ammonium molybdate 0.3wt% features a fire-retardant time65 rain, residual carbon 23%, and smoke density grade 21.3, producing less smoke.
