摘　　要：技术中心运行绩效的评价是建筑企业管控的重要环节,绩效评价方法的选择对于企业管控的有效性尤为重要。应用信息熵值法对绩效评价指标的权系数进行客观赋值计算技术中心的运行绩效可有效反映建筑企业技术中心作为复杂开放系统评价指标的重要性和运行绩效的变化规律。根据所建模型及公式进行实证分析,验证模型的有效性和实用性,实现对建筑企业技术中心运行绩效的有效评价。The evaluation of construction enterprise technology center performance is a very important part in construction enterprise management, and the choice of evaluation method is particularly important to the effectiveness of the enterprise management and control. The article applies information entropy theory to assignment for performance evaluation indexes, and finally it calculates the technology center performance, which effectively reflects the importance of the evaluation inde- xes and performance variation of construction enterprise technology center as a complex open system. Then it makes an em- pirical study based on the model consequently, the effectiveness and practicality of the model has been verified, and the effective evaluation of construction enterprise technology center performance has been achieved .
