摘　　要：大学生村官作为农村发展的生力军充实农村科技服务力量,发挥农村科技信息员、农业科技推广员和农村科技致富领头人的作用,但是大学生村官在农村科技服务中面临能力不足、方式欠佳、基础薄弱、机制缺失等困境。对此,只有提高大学生村官农村科技服务能力、改进大学生村官农村科技服务方式、夯实大学生村官农村科技服务基础、健全大学生村官农村科技服务机制,才能让大学生村官扎根农村,更好地开展农村科技服务。College- graduate village officials as the rural development, enrich rural science and technology service force, and as rural science and technology information, promote agricultural science and technology. But college - graduate village officials in serving rural science and technology faces insufficient ability, poor methods, weak foundation and lack of mech- anism. Based on this, only by raising the rural science and technology service capabilities, improving the rural science and technology service mode, tamping the rural science and technology service foundation, perfecting the rural science and technology service system, can the college - graduate village officials take root in rural areas to better carry out the rural sci- ence and technology service.
