摘　　要：制造业产业集群升级需要寻找制造业与服务业之间的平衡,集群内知识服务业从分散向集合的过程也就是服务供应链发展的过程。以实现产业集群价值链升级为目标,从服务供应链的角度研究制造业产业集群知识服务体系建设,通过对知识服务供应链与制造业产业集群价值链的作用机制分析,构建以制造、销售、研发及全套完整产业为核心的企业主导知识服务供应链,研究其主要发展特征从而为制造业产业集群的发展提出可供选择的价值链升级路径。以知识服务供应链体系的构建推动制造业服务化进程,提升我国制造业产业集群在全球价值链的竞争地位。It is necessary to find the balance between the manufacturing cluster and service industry to upgrade the manu- facturing industry cluster, and the process of cluster knowledge service from scatter to integration accompanies with the serv- ice supply chain development. The paper constructs a cluster knowledge service system based on supply chain of service. Through the analysis of mechanism between supply chain of service and value chain of manufacturing industrial cluster, it builds an enterprise - led knowledge service chain with capability of producing, selling and researching and a set of indus- trial cluster supply chain. And the paper also studies the industrial cluster development character to approve the way of val- ue chain upgrading. At last, it promotes the service of manufacturing industry based on the construction of knowledge serv- ice supply chain system and enhances the competitive position of Chinag manufacturing industry cluster in the global value chain.
