福建省公益林生态补偿标准影响因素实证分析

摘　　要：补偿标准是生态公益林生态补偿研究中的难点、重点和关键问题。文章定性论述了公益林生态补偿标准与其影响因素的关系。以补偿标准为因变量，以人均可支配收入、蓄积量、原木价格、林地投入、禁伐比例为自变量进行多元回归分析。结果显示：林地投入与补偿标准不显著，人均可支配收入、蓄积量、原木价格、禁伐比例与补偿标准存在较强的线性关系。Compensation standard is difficulty, emphases and key question in study on ecological compensation of non-commercial forest. This paper qualitatively discusses the relationship between forest ecological compensation standard and its influencing factors. Standard of compensation is the dependent variable. The per capita disposable income, volume, log prices, land investment, logging ban ratio are variables for multiple regression analysis. The re- sults is that relationship is not significant between compensation standard and land investment. There is a linear rela- tionship between per capita disposable income, volume, log prices, logging ban ratio and compensation standard.
