基层林业关键岗位干部现状分析及对策研究

摘　　要：基层林业关键岗位干部作为林业干部队伍的重要组成部分在促进生态文明发展及保障社会和谐等方面发挥着重要的作用，是我国现代林业建设的重要阵地和根基。文章通过对国有林场场长、乡镇林业工作站站长、县森林病虫害防治检疫站站长、县林木种苗站站长、木材检查站站长及国家级自然保护区管理局局长进行调查分析，基层林业关键岗位干部队伍现状表现为：队伍规模庞大，占有重要地位；专业基本对口，整体学历不高；工作年限较长，知识更新较慢；能力素质不强，自我评价不高。深入分析了产生这些问题的原因，提出了对策建议。Forestry key positions at the grass-roots level cadres as an important part of forestry cadres in promoting ecological civilization development and safeguard social harmony and play an important role, the important posi- tion and the foundation of modern forestry construction in China. Through the state-owned forest farm field, vil- lage and township forestry workstation stationmaster, the forest quarantine station, county station, chief station, county forest tree seedlings, timber inspection station and national nature reserve administration were investigated, the present situation of forestry key positions and cadres at the grass-roots level is shown as： team size, and occu- pies an important position. The professional basic, overall degree is not high. Long working life, slow knowledge update. Ability is not strong, and the self assessment is not high. In-depth analysis of the causes of these problems, countermeasures and suggestions are put forvward.
