摘 要:采用溶剂热法将含有异氰酸根官能团的单体3-异丙烯基-α,α′-二甲基苄基-异氰酸酯(TMI)接枝到聚丙烯(PP)上,利用红外光谱(FI-IR)、动态流变和差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了TMI、过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)和苯乙烯(St)用量对PP接枝率、流变性能和熔融与结晶行为的影响。结果表明,TMI单体成功接枝到PP链上;St能有效提高TMI的接枝率和抑制PP的降解;PP接枝率随TMI、St用量的增加先增大后减小,随DCP用量的增加先增大而后趋于稳定。随TMI、St用量的增加,PP黏度不断增大,而DCP用量的增加则会降低PP的黏度。改性后PP相比于纯PP结晶温度有所升高,熔融温度有所降低。3-isopropenyl-α,α′-dimethylbenzene isocyanate (TMI) was grafted onto polypropylene (PP) by solvothermal method. The effect of the content of TMI, dicumyl peroxyide (DCP) and styrene (St) on the grafting degree, rheological properties, melting and crystallization temperature of PP was studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), rotational rheometer and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results show that TMI was successfully grafted onto PP backbone. St could greatly improve the TMI grafting degree of PP and reduce the degradation of PP. As the contents of TMI and St increasing, the grafting degree of PP first increases and then decreases. The grafting degree of PP increases with the increase of DCP content at first, and then tends to be stable. With the increase of TMI and St content, the viscosity of PP increases, while increasing the DCP content will reduce the viscosity of PP. Compared with pure PP, modified PP has higher crystallization temperature and lower melting temperature.
