摘  要:模塑成型是高分子材料成型的重要手段,而制品的成型收缩则是决定高分子模塑制品精度及合格率的关键因素。文中以可视化模具系统为核心,通过对制品内部添加活性炭颗粒等特征点,提出了一种高分子材料模塑成型制品内部收缩的可视化测定及分析方法,并将该方法用于聚氨酯制品内部收缩率的测量与分析。结果显示,该方法能直观形象地呈现制品内部收缩:制品的内部收缩在浇口附近有明显的负收缩;制品长度收缩随流动路径的增加而增大,宽度收缩由中心线向两侧减小。Molding is an important polymer processing technic, and the molding shrinkage of products is the key factor of the precision and qualified rate of polymer molding products. Based on the visualization molding system, activated carbon particles as feature points were added into the polymer material, and a visualization method for measuring the inner molding shrinkage of plastic molding products was put forward. The method was applied to measure the inner shrinkage of polyurethane elastomer products. The results show that this method is effective for the measurement of internal shrinkage. According to the measurement results, there is obvious negative internal shrinkage near the gate, and the inner shrinkage is related to the flowing behavior of the polymer within the mold cavity.
