摘  要:通过聚苯硫醚(PPS)纤维上的Blanc反应制得一种氯甲基化聚苯硫醚纤维。利用红外光谱(FT-IR)、气相色谱(GS)、扫描电镜(SEM)、元素分析和X射线衍射(XRD)等手段对反应进程及产物结构与性能进行分析表征,并对纤维溶胀度与惰性气体等对反应的影响进行了系统研究。结果表明,常压下PPS纤维(48h,55℃)和密闭水热釜(2h,浴温100℃)中的氯甲基化反应,氯含量分别可达20.42mg/g和18.73mg/g。二者相比,密闭体系中的氯甲基化反应具有反应速度快、试剂用量低、污染可控的明显优势。The chloromethylated polyphenylene sulfide fiber (PPS)fiber was synthesized by Blanc reaction of PPS, and the reaction conditions were optimized. Gas chromatograph (GS), FT-IR, elemental analysis, SEM, XRD were used to analyze and characterize its physicochemical structure and properties. The swelling degree of PPS fiber and the effect of inert gas were investigated. The results show that the degree of chloromethyled increases with the expanding of reaction time. For chloromethylation reaction of PPS fiber at atmospheric pressure (48h, 55 ℃) and in hydrothermal reaction vessel (2h, 100 ℃), the chorine content reaches 20.42mg/g and 18.73 mg/g respectivley. It is a perfect method that chloromethylation reaction of PPS fiber can be carried out in hydrothermal reaction vessel. The SEM results demonstrate that the chloromethylated fiber has good mechanical properties and chemical stability.
