小苏打联合红霉素治疗对新生儿功能性呕吐的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨小苏打联合小剂量红霉素对新生儿功能性呕吐的临床疗效。方法收集嵊州市妇幼保健院2009年1月至2011年12月150例功能性呕吐患儿资料,按采取的治疗方法不同分为观察组、对照1组和对照2组各50例,观察组采用小苏打联合小剂量红霉素治疗,对照1组采用小剂量红霉素治疗,对照2组单纯采用对症治疗,观察3组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为96%,高于对照1组的80%和对照2组的60%(x^2=23.44,17.06,P<0.05);观察组的症状缓解时间、奶水摄入量、体重增加情况优于对照组(t_1值分别为8.43、10.45、5.32,t_2值分别为9.50、11.22、6.03,均P<0.05);且观察组的各血液生化指标也优于对照组(t_1值分别为6.20、6.05、6.34、6.20,t_2值分别为7.11、7.29、7.03、7.47,均P<0.05)。结论小苏打联合小剂量红霉素治疗新生儿功能性呕吐疗效肯定,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of baking soda combined with low-dose of erythromycin for neonatal functional vomiting.Methods The data of 150 newborns with functional vomiting were collected from January 2009 to December 2011 in Shengzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital .The cases were divided into observation group , control group 1 and control group 2 with 50 cases in each group .The observation group was given baking soda combined with low-dose of erythromycin , the control group 1 was given low-dose of erythromycin and the control group 2 received symptomatic treatment .The therapeutic effects of three groups were compared .Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96%, which was higher than 80%of control group 1 and 60%of control group 2 （ χ^2 value was 23.44 and 17.06, respectively, both P〈0.05）.The observation group was superior to control groups in symptoms remission time, milk intake and weight gain （t1 value was 8.43, 10.45 and 5.32, respectively;t2 value was 9.50, 11.22 and 6.03, respectively, all P〈0.05）.Meanwhile, the blood biochemical indicators in the observation group were also better than the control groups （t1 value was 6.20, 6.05, 6.34 and 6.20, respectively, t2 value was 7.11, 7.29, 7.03 and 7.47, respectively; all P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effective of baking soda combined with low-dose of erythromycin for treating neonatal functional vomiting is good , and it is worth to be applied in clinics .
