腹腔镜在临床阑尾切除中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨腹腔镜在临床阑尾切除中的应用价值.方法 选取2011年9月～2013年2月在本院行阑尾切除术的阑尾炎患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例.其中,观察组行腹腔镜下阑尾切除术,对照组行开腹阑尾切除术,对比分析两组患者的手术情况及术后并发症情况.结果 观察组患者术中出血量为（6.80±1.34） ml,住院时间为（2.42±0.60）d;对照组患者术中出血量为（14.32±2.36） ml,住院时间为（7.92±1.22）d;患者术中出血量、住院时间与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;两组患者手术时间分别为（1.04±0.13）h和（1.12±0.21）h,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.观察组并发症发生率为5.0％,显著低于对照组的12.5％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 腹腔镜阑尾切除术疗效明确,具有手术创伤小、患者恢复快、术后并发症少的特点,对于阑尾炎患者具有重要意义.Objective To discuss the application value of laparoscope in appendectomy in clinic. Methods 80 patients with appendicitis undergone appendectomy in our hospital from September 2011 to February 2013 were evenly divided into observation group and control group in random,In the observation groUp,laparoscope was applied in appendectomy, while in the control group,laparotomy was adopted.The situation of operation and postoperative complication in both groups were comparatively analyzed. Results The intraoperative amount of bleeding and hospital stay in the observa tion group were （6.80_＋1.34） ml and （2.42＋0.60） d,and in the control group they were （14.32＋2.36） ml and （7.92＋1.22） d correspondingly.The former group compared with the latter had statistical differences （P〈0.05）.The operation time in the two groups was （1.04-＋0.13） h and （1.12-＋0.21） h respectively with no significant difference （P〉0.05）.The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.0%,much lower than that in the control group （12,5%）,which displayed a statistical difference （1~〈0.05）. Conclusion Appendectomy under laparoscope can obtain a definite effect at advan- tages of small operative wound, fast recovery, and few postoperative complications,which has an important significance on patients with appendicitis.
