摘　　要：目的研究腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术的疗效及安全性。方法选取2012年1月~2013年1月于本院进行腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗的35例患者为观察组,并以35例开腹手术治疗的患者为对照组,然后将两组患者的排气时间、创口愈合情况、并发症发生率及手术前后血清E2、FSH及hs-CRP水平进行比较。结果观察组排气时间短于对照组,切口愈合情况好于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,术后血清E2、FSH及hs-CRP均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术的疗效较好,安全性较高。Objective To study and analyze the effect and safety of laparoscopic oophoroeystectomy. Methods 35 pa- tients treated with laparoseopic oophorocystectomy in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 were selected as observation group,35 patients who were treated with open operation were selected as control group, then the exhaust time, wound healing situation, incidence of complications and serum Fe, FSH and hs-CRP before and after the opera- tion of two groups were compared. Results The exhaust time of observation group was shorter than that of control group, wound healing situation was better than those of control group, incidence of complications was lower than that of control group, serum F~,FSH and hs-CRP at different time after the operation were all better than those of control group, the differences were all significant （/9〈0.05）.
