利巴韦林气雾剂联合口服锌剂治疗小儿手足口病口腔溃疡的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨利巴韦林气雾剂联合口服锌剂治疗小儿手足口病口腔溃疡的效果。方法选择430例小儿手足口病口腔溃疡患儿,随机将其分为治疗组(155例)、对照组A(140例)和对照组B(135例),治疗组采用利巴韦林气雾剂联合口服锌剂治疗,对照组A采用利巴韦林气雾剂联合碘甘油治疗,对照组B采用开喉剑喷雾剂联合蒙托石散剂治疗,观察三组患儿手足口病口腔溃疡的治疗效果。结果治疗组的总有效率为97.42%,明显高于对照组A的80.00%及对照组B的78.52%(P<0.01);三组患儿均无不良反应情况发生。结论利巴韦林气雾剂联合口服锌剂治疗小儿手足口病口腔溃疡时可以加速溃疡面的愈合,治疗中未发现任何不良反应,患儿依从性好,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of ribavirin aerosol combined with oral zinc in treatment of oral ulcer on children with hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods 430 cases of children with hand-foot-mouth disease with oral ulcer were randomly divided into treatment group for 155 cases,control group A for 135 cases and control group B for 140 cases.Patients in treatment group were given ribavirin aerosol combined oral zinc,patients in control group A were given ribavirin aerosol combined iodine glycerol,and patients in control group B were given rohdea japonica nebula combined montmorillonite powder.The treatment effect of children with hand-foot-mouth disease in three groups were observed. Results Curative effect of treatment group （97.42%） was significantly better than that of control group A （80.00%） and control group B （78.52%）（P〈0.01）;there was no adverse reaction happened among the three groups. Conclusion Ribavirin aerosol combined oral zinc in treatment of oral ulcer on children with hand-foot-mouth disease can accelerate ulcer healing and improve appetite,no adverse reaction is found in therapeutic process,and it has good compliance for children,so it worthy of clinical popularization and application.
