硝普钠联合多巴胺治疗顽固性心力衰竭的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨硝普钠联合多巴胺治疗顽固性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法采用随机分组方法将90例患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在常规综合治疗的基础上给予硝普钠联合多巴胺持续泵入治疗,对照组仅采用常规综合治疗。结果治疗组和对照组疗效总有效率分别为95.6%和66.7%,治疗组总有效率高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规综合治疗的基础上应用硝普钠联合多巴胺治疗顽固性心力衰竭疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of sodium nitroprusside combined with dopamine in the treat- ment of intractable heart failure. Methods 90 patients were divided into treatment group and control group using ran- domization method, patients in treatment group were treated by sodium nitroprusside combined with dopamine contin- uous pumping on the basis of conventional comprehensive treatment, while patients in control group were only treated by conventional comprehensive treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment group and control group was 95.6% and 66.7% respectively, and the efficacy of treatment group was more significant than that of control group, the difference between the two groups was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion On the basis of conventional comprehensive treatment, the efficacy of sodium nitroprusside combined with dopamine in treatment of intractable heart failure is sig- nificant, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
