小青龙合剂治疗变应性鼻炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察小青龙合剂治疗变应性鼻炎的临床效果。方法选取60例肺气虚寒型变应性鼻炎患者,随机分为中药治疗组30例,口服小青龙合剂;西药对照组30例,口服氯雷他定片。观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状的改善情况。结果治疗后1周,中医治疗组的疗效优于西药对照组(P<0.05),治疗后2周,两组的疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小青龙合剂治疗肺气虚寒型变应性鼻炎具有速效性。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiao qinglong mixture in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods 60 patients with allergic rhinitis diagnosed as deficiency cold of lung qi were randomly divided into the treatment group of TCM （n=30） and the control group of western medicine （n=30）.The treatment group of traditional Chinese medicine was treated with Xiao qinglong mixture of oral administration while the control group of western medicine was treated with loratadine tablet of oral administration.The improvement of clinical manifestations before and after treatment was observed in both groups. Results After one week treatment,the curative effect of the treatment group of traditional Chinese medicine was better than in the control group of western medicine （P〈0.05）,after two weeks treatment,there was no statistical difference between the two groups of curative effect （P〉0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of allergic rhinitis due to deficiency cold of lung qi, xiaoqinglong mixture can obtain a fast effect.
