益气润肠汤治疗老年性便秘50例临床分析

摘　　要：目的 分析益气润肠汤对老年性便秘的疗效和安全性.方法 选择2009年9月～2012年8月收治的老年性便秘患者100例,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各50例.对照组给予口服莫沙必利,观察组给予口服自拟益气润肠汤,连续治疗15 d,比较两组的临床疗效和不良反应发生率.结果 观察组的总有效率为94.00％,明显高于对照组的84.00％,不良反应发生率为8.00％,明显低于对照组的16.00％（P＜0.05）.结论 采用益气润肠汤治疗老年性便秘可以取得良好的疗效,安全性好,值得临床推广应用.Objective To analyze the curative effect and safety of Yiqi run chang decoction on senile constipation. Methods 100 patients with senile constipation were randomly divided into the control group （n=50） and the observation group （n=50） from September 2009 to August 2012 in our hospital.The control group was treated with oral administra- tion of mosapride citrate,and the observation group was given oral self-made Yiqi Runchang decoction,and they were treated for 15 days.The clinical curative effect and the incidence of adverse reaction of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group （94.00%） was significantly higher than that （84.00%） in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group （8.00%） was lower than that （16.00%） in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Treating senile constipation using Yiqi run chang decoction can achieve good curative effect and safety,and it is worthy of promotion and application.
