摘　　要：目的 探讨大隐静脉高位结扎及主干抽剥联合驱血后曲张静脉点式抽剥治疗下肢浅静脉曲张的临床效果.方法 2012年6月～2013年6月来本院进行下肢浅静脉曲张治疗的患者62例,其中行传统高位结扎联合驱血后曲张静脉抽剥术的患者32例（观察组）,行传统高位结扎联合非驱血下曲张静脉抽剥术的患者30例（对照组）.评价两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量以及术后肢体肿胀、皮下血肿、肢体活动和皮肤感觉障碍的情况.结果 两组手术时间、术中出血量以及皮肤感觉障碍比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;两组术后肢体肿胀、皮下血肿以及肢体活动比较,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 大隐静脉高位结扎及主干抽剥联合驱血后曲张静脉点式抽剥治疗下肢浅静脉曲张,可有效减少手术时间和出血量,创伤小,恢复快,治疗效果好,值得在临床上广泛应用.Objective To explore the clinical effect of high ligation and punctate stripping of main great saphenous vein combined with small incision punctate stripping in the treatment of varicose vein while displacement blood fbr varicose veins of lower limbs.Methods 62 patients who suffered from varicose veins of lower limbs were treated in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2013,in whom 32 patients were treated by high ligation of great saphenous vein com- bined with small incision punctate stripping treatment of varicose vein with displacement blood （observation group）,30 patients were treated by high ligation of great saphenous vein combined with small incision punetate stripping treat- ment of varicose vein without displacement blood （control group）.The surgery time,blood loss,postoperative limb swelling,subcutaneous hematoma,limbs exercise,and esthesiodermia were evaluated.Results Two groups were compared in surgery time,blood loss,and esthesiodermia,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）,but had no significant difference in po,~ ~perative limb swelling,subcutaneous hematoma,and limbs exercise （P〉0.05）.Conclusion High ligation and punctate stripping of main great saphenous vein combined with small incision punctate stripping in treatment of vari- cose vein while displacement blood for varicose veins of lower limbs can effectively reduce the operation time and blood loss,lead to less trauma,shorter recovery time,has better treatment effect and is worth widely using in clinic.
