摘　　要：大学生科技创新训练计划(STITP)项目孵化各阶段中,指导方对各评估属性存有心理期望。本文提出的STITP孵化满意度及其组合赋权分析,即利用心理期望与实测数据取得属性满意度,并参照此满意度过滤指导决策方案;研究属性值信息相容关系。同时对属性值间的相容度进行赋权,排序择优匹配指导方期望的决策方案,仿真算例显示本文研究思路有效可行。In all stages of project incubation of College Student Scientific and Technological Innovation Training Program （STITP）, the mentor holds psychological expectations for all evaluation attributes. In this paper, the STITP incubation satisfaction and its combination weighting analysis are proposed, namely, obtain the attribute satisfaction by using the psychological expectation data and the measured data and based on this satisfaction filter the guidance and decision-making programs. The compatibility relation of attribute value information is also studied. At the same time, the consistency degree between attribute values is weighted. The merit-based ones will be selected to match the decision-making program expected by mentor. Then a simulation example will show the effectiveness and feasibility of the research ideas in this paper.
