摘　　要：目的探讨64层螺旋CT对周围型肺癌的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析本院周围型肺癌的螺旋CT征象39例，对癌瘤的部位、大小、平扫CT值和强化峰值以及边缘特征、内部结构进行测量、记录，将结果与病理类型进行统计。结果癌瘤的部位、大小、平扫CT值和强化峰值及分叶征、胸膜凹陷征、血管集束征、空洞、钙化和液化坏死与不同病理类型的肺癌无统计学差异，P〉0．05；毛刺征、空泡征有统计学意义，P〈0．05。结论不同病理类型周围型肺癌的64螺旋CT表现有一定的差别，其中毛刺征、空泡征对诊断周围型肺腺癌具有高度提示性价值。Objective discussion of different pathological types of CT signs of peripheral lung cancer. Methods peripheral lung cancer by spiral CT signs in 39 cases, the tumor site, size, plain CT value and peak enhancement and edge feature, the internal structure of measurement, recording, the results and pathological types of statistics.Results tumor site, size, plain CT value and peak enhancement and tobulation, pleural indentation, vessel convergence sign, empty, calcification and liquefaction necrosis associated with different pathological types of lung cancer had no significant difference, P〉0.05;spiculation, vacuole sign was statistically significant, P〈0.05.Conclusion Different pathological types of peripheral lung cancer by 64-slice spiral CT has certain differences, Spiculation, vacuole sign is highly suggestive value in the diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer.
