二甲双胍联合甘舒霖30r治疗初发糖尿病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨与研究甘舒霖30R联合二甲双胍治疗初发糖尿病的治疗效果。方法将60例初发的糖尿病患者在治疗前进行FPG以及进餐后2hPG的测定，使用甘舒霖30R联合二甲双胍治疗2周以后，和治疗以前的FPG以及进餐后2hPG进行相比较。结果治疗后患者的进餐后2hPG以及FPG明显下降，甘舒霖30R联合二甲双胍（甲福明）对治疗初发糖尿病有显著效果。Objective To investigate and research on how Gansulin 30R metformin affects diabetes treatment. Methods 60 patients with newly diagnosed diabetes. These patients all take FPG determination of metformin before meals and measure 2hPG after meals, after using Gansulin 30R for treatment about 2 weeks, do the same as they did 2 weeks ago. We use both samples before and after 30R treatment for comparison. Results After treatment, for patients after meals ,their 2hPG and FPG decreased significantly, that is to say, Gansulin 30R metformin （metformin） for the treatment of newly diagnosed diabetes had a significant effect.
