摘  要:目的对佛山市不同孕期妊娠妇女就行血脂水平变化的探讨。方法对2012年1至12月的500例来自佛山市的不同的孕期的孕妇进行血脂水平的检测,测定项目为血清甘油三酯:TG、总胆固醇:TCH、载脂蛋白A1:ApoAl、载脂蛋白B:ApoB,对全部的孕妇进行分组,分组的标准按照孕妇的年龄进行,进行统计学分析。结果早期妊娠组的TG、TCH、ApoAl、ApoB各项血脂参数与对照组的孕妇进行比较分析,结果显示差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),中期妊娠组孕妇的各项血脂参数比较均有所升高,与对照组进行比较,结果显示有显著的统计学意义(P〈0.05);妊娠晚期组的孕妇的血脂水平有显著的升高,与中期妊娠组进行比较,结果显著有显著的统计学差异(P〈0.05)。结论妊娠期的妇女血脂代谢均存在紊乱的情况,对她们进行严密的动态监测血脂水平变化意义重大。Objective Foshan trimester pregnant women of different lipid levels on the line changes discussed. Methods for January to December 2012 of 500 cases fi'om different Foshan pregnancy test pregnant women for blood lipid levels, serum triglyceride measurement project : TG, total cholesterol : TCH, apolipoprotein A 1: ApoA1, apolipoprotein protein B: ApoB, grouping for all pregnant women, grouped according to the criteria of age and pregnant women, were statistically analyzed. Results of early pregnancy group TG, TCH, ApoA1, ApoB various lipid parameters with the control group of pregnant women were compared, the results showed no significant difference (P 〉 0.05), mid-pregnancy group of pregnant women were compared various lipid parameters the increase compared with the control group for comparison, the results showed a significant statistical significance (P 〈0.05); trimester group of pregnant women's blood lipid levels were significantly increased, with mid-pregnancy were compared, the results significantly significantly statistically significant difference (P 〈0.05). Conclusion pregnant women lipid metabolism disorders are present case, subject them to rigorous dynamic monitoring of significant changes in lipid levels.
