摘　　要：目的探讨外固定支架结合有限内固定治疗小腿开放性骨折的临床应用。方法选自2002年1月致2012年12月31例小腿严重开放性骨折患者应用该方法治疗。结果随访6～18个月，31例骨折患者26例住院期间伤口一期愈合，骨折一年内愈合。5例二期皮瓣移植二月内创面愈合，骨折一年半内全部愈合。无一例骨髓炎发生。依Johner-wruhs关节功能评定标准进行评价，优22例，良7例，可3例，优良率93．5％。结论外固定支架结合有限内固定治疗小腿开放性骨折，尤其软组织挫伤较重者，疗效满意。Objective To eXplore the clinical application of eXternal fiXator combined with limited internal fiXation in the treatment of open fracture of leg. Methods from 2002 January to 2012 December were treated with the method of severe open fractures of 31 cases of leg. Results the patients were followed up for 6 - 18 months, 31 cases of fractures in 26 patients hospitalized during the wound healing, within one year of fracture healing. 5 patients with stage two flap transplantation in February, wound healing, all within a year and a half, fracture healing. No cases of osteomyelitis. According to the standard of evaluation of joint function assessment of Johner-wruhs, 22 cases were eXcellent, good in 7 cases, 3 cases, the eXcellent and good rate was 93.5%. Conclusion eXternal fiXation combined with limited internal fiXation in the treatment of open fracture of lower leg, especially soft tissue contusion heavier, curative effect satisfaction.
