我院科研工作现状分析

摘　　要：目的通过对我院2002-2011年中标立项的科研课题及获得的成果进行统计分析,客观评价我院科研工作的现状、优势及存在的问题。方法运用统计方法对我院2002-2011年承担的639项各级科研课题,获得的18项专利和19项科技奖负责人的年龄、学历学位、职称、科室分布情况进行统计分析。结果研究生学历、中青年、高级职称的医务人员承担绝大多数课题,其中博士学位医务人员承担37.9%课题;硕士学位医务人员承担30.5%课题,40岁以下的医务人员承担35.7%课题,高级职称医务人员承担30.4%课题;重点学科医务人员承担课题占明显优势,其中重点学科历年获得发明专利占全院27.7%;科技奖占全院26.3%。立项课题中国家级课题占全院70.8%;省、部级课题占全院58.2%;本科、高级职称、中青年医务人员是科技成果完成的主力军。结论中青年医务人员和学科带头人在科研攻关中起到非常重要的作用,挖掘他们的科研潜力,将会极大促进医院科研工作的进步。Objective To evaluate objectively the present situation, advantages and problems of scientific research work in Peking University Shenzhen Hospital through the statistical analysis of research projects and achievements from 2002 to 2011. Methods The statistical method was used to analyze tke age, education degree, title, department distributions of the leaders who charge the 639 scientific research topics at all levels, obtain 18 patents and achieve 19 technology prizes in Peking University Shenzhen Hospital from 2002 to 2011.Results The young medical staff who have postgraduate degree and senior professional title undertake most of the subjects, including： those with doctor degree undertaking 37.9% of subjects, those with master digree 30.5%, those below 40 years old undertaking 35.7% of subjects, those with senior professional title 30.4%; the medical staff of key disciplines have obvious advantages, including： patents of key disciplines was 27.7%, the prize was 26.3%, national subjects was 70.8% and provincial subjects was 58.2%; the middle-aged medical staff who have bachelor degree and senior professional title are the main force of scientific and technological achievements.Conclusion Young and middle-aged medical staff and the key disciplines leaders play a very important role in the field of research. If their research potentials were dig, it will greatly promote the progress of the hospital scientific research work.
