CT在卵巢黄体囊肿破裂出血中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的评价CT对卵巢黄体囊肿破裂出血的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析9例经手术证实的卵巢黄体囊肿破裂出血的CT表现。结果 9例患者中,7例于盆腔内可见囊性肿块影,囊肿周围及盆腔内见积血。2例盆腔内未见明确囊性密度影,仅于腹腔及盆腔内见大量积血,卵巢黄体囊肿破裂诊断正确率达66.7%。结论 CT对于卵巢黄体囊肿破裂出血具有较高的术前诊断价值。Objective To evaluate the diagnose value of spiral CT in ovarian corpus luteum cyst rupture. Methods The CT imaging findings of 9 patients with ovarian corpus luteum cyst rupture proved by pathology were reviewed retrospectively. Results In the 9 patients, a cyst mass with hematocele around the cyst and in pelvic cavity was found in 7 patients. Only hematocele in peritoneal cavity and pelvic cavity without cystic mass was found in 2 patients. The presence of ovarian corpus luteum cyst rupture were correctly preoperative diagnosed in 66.7% （n=6） of the patients on CT imaging. Conclusion CT is useful in the diagnose of ovarian corpus luteum cyst rupture.
