摘 要:目的探讨糖化白蛋白与糖尿病外周神经病变的相关性。方法以2011年10月-2012年10月收治的42例2型糖尿病外周神经病变患者为研究对象,以同期收治的未并发周围神经病变的普通2型糖尿病患者为对照组,对两组患者的周围神经传导速度与糖化白蛋白之间的关系进行分析。结果糖尿病外周神经病变组的糖化白蛋白明显高于普通2型糖尿病对照组。结论糖化白蛋白与周围运动神经波幅降低有关,糖化白蛋白可能是导致周围神经病变的重要因素。Objective To investigate the glycated albumin and diabetic peripheral neuropathy correlation.Methods Approach to our hospital from October 2011 to October 2012 were treated 42 cases of type 2 diabetes in patients with peripheral neuropathy as the research object, are not treated with the same period of concurrent common peripheral neuropathy in type 2 diabetic patients as the control group, two groups patients with peripheral nerve conduction velocity between glycated albumin and analyzed. Results Diabetic peripheral neuropathy glycated albumin group was significantly higher than the control group of Type 2 diabetes. Conclusion Glycated albumin and peripheral motor nerve amplitude decreased for glycated albumin may be the cause of peripheral neuropathy important factor.
