两种产自云南的生物质燃烧性质研究

摘　　要：用热天平对产自我国云南省的两种生物质——烟梗和木屑的热解和燃烧性质进行了研究 ,比较了燃烧特点 ,利用 ICP分析了灰成分 ,并用热台显微镜测定了灰熔点 ,讨论了它们的灰污特性。结果表明 :木屑的着火性能比烟梗的差一些 ,但木屑的燃烧速度比烟梗的高 ,燃尽性能比烟梗的好 ;两者均具有很强的灰污趋向 ,但烟梗由于有较高的灰含量和钾含量 ,其实际灰污性比木屑的强 ;WT5”BZ]In this paper the pyrolysis and combustion properties of two types of biomass coming from Yunnan Province of China——tobacco stem and wood crumbs——were studied with TGA,and the differences in their properties were compared.The fouling characteristics of them were discussed on the basis of their ash consituents obtained in ICP analysis and the ash fusion temperatures obtained in thermal microscopy.The results show that the tobacco stem has a better ignition property but a lower combustion rate and a poorer burnout property than the wood crumbs;both of the biomass have a very strong tendency of fouling,and the tobacco stem has a stronger tendency of fouling than the wood crumbs because of its high ash and potassium contents;the fouling mechanism of them is also different.
