复方亚甲蓝在肛肠手术术后镇痛的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨复方亚甲蓝在肛肠术后镇痛的应用价值。方法以亚甲蓝为主,配制长效镇痛剂进行临床应用。观察镇痛治疗的效果和不良反应。结果术后无痛及Ⅰ度疼痛158例,占85.41%,Ⅱ度疼痛21例,占11.35%,Ⅲ度疼痛6例,占3.24%,总有效率为96.76%。结论亚甲蓝长效镇痛剂用于肛门手术术后镇痛效果满意,安全可靠。Objective The discuss the application value of compound prescription methylene blue which eases the pain after the rectum technique. Methods The patients who had undergone anorectal operations received long-acting methyhhionium chloride compound. The indexes for evaluation included pain extents and post-operative adverse reactions. Results After the technique does not have the pain and the first degree ache 158 examples,account for 85.41% ,the second degree ache 21examples, account for 11.35% ,the third degree ache 6 examples, account for 3.24%, the total effectiveness is 96.76%. Conclusion It is concluded that compound methylene blue is effective and safe for pain after operation for anorectal diseases.
