摘  要:目的研究安静及心算时状态相关脑波复杂度 (CS)的稳定性 ,探讨心算作业引起CS 显著改变的稳定脑区及心算机制。方法多次重复记录 1 0名被试者 (2 4~ 33岁 )闭眼安静 (0 )及心算 (1 )时EEG ,状态记录顺序为 0 1 0 1 0 ,分析两状态下CS 的稳定性及状态间差别。结果安静及心算作业时CS 均具有较高的个体稳定性 ,9名被试者心算时CS 均在左后颞呈现显著、稳定的上升 ,其次为左枕顶及右颞等脑区 ;另 1名被试者心算时CS 在前颞、前额等脑区呈现显著、稳定的下降。结论安静及心算时CS 均具有极高的稳定性 ,心算引起CS 出现显著、稳定的变化 ,并与生理心理学及神经生理学研究相符 ,这对于脑机能状态及活动机制的研究有重要意义。Objective To study the stability of EEG complexity measure related to brain function state (C S) under rest and mental arithmetic,and to preliminarily examine the brain stable regions with specific changes under mental arithmetic and its mechanism of mental arithmetic. Method EEG of 10 subjects aged 24~33 under rest(0) and mental arithmetic(1) were repeatedly recorded (state order: 01010).Stability of C S under the two conditions and the differences between them was analyzed. Result C S under the two conditions showed sufficient stability.In 9 subjects,C S under mental arithmetic all ascended regularly and outstandingly at left posterior temporal region,as well as at left parieto-occipital and right temporal region.In 1 subject,C S under mental arithmetic descended outstandingly at pretemporal and prefrontal regions. Conclusion C S under the two conditions all possesses high stability.While doing mental arithmetic,outstanding and regular changes of C S appeared,and the focalized results were in good accordance with achievements in physiology,psychology and clinical neurology.It is very important to study the brain function state and mechanism of its activity.
