摘  要:目的在不使用药物的情况下比较1 550nm铒玻璃点阵激光与Nd:YAG长脉宽1 064nm激光治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的疗效和安全性。方法 40例面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者不使用任何药物,随机分为1 550nm铒玻璃点阵激光治疗组和Nd:YAG长脉宽1 064nm激光治疗组,每组20例,间隔3周治疗1次,共3次。治疗前后均以ECCA权重评分表对痤疮凹陷性瘢痕部位进行评分统计。结果所有患者痤疮凹陷性瘢痕均有不同程度改善,均未出现严重不良反应,两组治疗前后ECCA权重评分均明显下降,经方差分析检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);铒玻璃点阵激光治疗组治愈率61.54%,Nd:YAG长脉宽1 064nm激光治疗组治愈率26.42%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 1550nm铒玻璃点阵激光治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕疗效优于Nd:YAG长脉宽1 064nm激光,安全性高,疗效确切,为痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的治疗提供了一种有效的选择。Objective To compare the efficacy of fractional Erbium glass laser ( 1 55Ohm) and Nd : YAG long-pulse I 064nm laser therapy for facial atrophic Acne scars. Methods Forty patients with facial atrophic acne scars were randomly divided into fractional Erbium glass laser( 1 550nm) therapy group and Nd:YAG long- pulse 1 064nm laser therapy group. All cases was given a total of three sessions laser treatment at 3-week in- tervals. Comparative photographs were taken using ECCA grading scale to identify and quantify facial atroph- ic scars. The clinical efficacy were observed. Results All of the cases obtained different degree of improve- ment after 3 times treatment. The cure rate in fractional Erbium glass laser ( 1 550nm) therapy group was 61.54% ; The cure rate in Nd:YAG long-pulse l 064nm laser therapy group was 26.42%. No severe side effect was observed. There were significance between two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Fractional Erbi- um glass laser( 1 550nm) is effective and safe in the treatment of facial atrophic acne scars. It is better than Nd:YAG long-pulse 1 064nm laser therapy. It provides a new therapeutic option for atrophic acne scars.
