主动求询与被动检测的男男性行为人群艾滋病性病感染情况分析

摘　　要：目的比较主动寻求VCT检测和现场被动检测MSM的相关行为及性病艾滋病毒感染状况,为制定该人群有效的干预措施、提高HIV检测率提供依据。方法通过VCT门诊和开展外展干预活动将接受艾滋病咨询检测的MSM分为主动求询者和现场被动检测者,对其与性病艾滋病传播相关行为和感染状况进行分析。结果主动求询者514例,HIV,梅毒感染率分别为6.81%和6.61%;被动检测者337例,HIV,梅毒感染率分别为5.93%和8.61%,二者比较差异无统计学意义。但二者在文化程度、寻找性伴方式、性行为、与同性性行为安全套使用率及接受预防艾滋病相关服务等方面差异有统计学意义。结论将VCT门诊和性病门诊有机结合起来,大力开展外展工作,对MSM人群提高安全套使用率和艾滋病性病的检测意识有积极的促进作用。同时应充分发挥网络优势,加强VCT宣传,推广安全套使用,提高自我防护意识。Objective To analyse on the behavior and infection of HIV/STD between MSM who initiatively sought counseling and passively testing at the sites, and provide the information for developing the effective interven- tion measures and promoting HIV testing. Methods The study objects included two groups of seeking counseling and passive testing by VCT clinics and outreach activities, and the behavior and injection of HIV/STD were analyzed. Results Among 514 participants of seeking counseling, the prevalence of HIV and syphilis were 6.81% and 6.61% respectively. Among 337 participants of passive testing at the sites, the prevalence of HIV and syphilis were 5.93% and 8.61% respectively. There was no statistical difference between two groups, however statistical difference in the aspects of education, manners seeking sexual part- ners, sexual behavior, condom use with homosexual behavior and acceptability of HIV/STD related serv- ices. Conclusion VCT service and STD clinics should be integrated and outreach activities should be strengthened, which promote condom use and the consciousness of HIV/STD testing among MSM popula- tion. Meanwhile we should take advantages of network, enhance the propaganda of VCT service, promote condom use and improve the consciousness of self protection.
