摘　　要：报道3例瘤型麻风合并Ⅱ型麻风反应。例1男,32岁。双胫前反复红斑、结节、脓疱半年,加重4天。例2女,57岁。四肢远端浅感觉减退18年,全身红斑、结节伴疼痛、发热1年半。例3女,22岁。四肢片状感觉障碍12年,全身皮下结节2年,加重伴丘疹7个月。皮肤组织病理检查均显示:真皮内血管、附属器周围泡沫样细胞浸润。组织液涂片抗酸杆菌(3+)^(6+),平均细菌密度指数(BI)分别为5.75,4.75,5.75。Three cases of Lepromatous leprosy with type 11 leprosy reaction were reported. The first patient was a 32- year-old male who had suffered from erythematous nodules and pustules recurrently on the anterior tibiofibula for six months, and he had aggravated the situation for four days. The second one was a 57- year-old female who had suffered from hypoesthesia in the distal limbs for 18 years, and achy erythematous nodules along with fever for one and a half years. The third one was a 22-year-old female, who experienced sensory disturbance on the arms and legs for twelve years and multiple nodules in the skin for two yeats, and she had aggravated the situation with papules for seven months. Their histopathologieal examination all demonstrated a large num- ber of foam-like cells around vessels and cutaneous appendages in the dermis. Their tissue fluid smears were observed positive results for acid-fast bacilli （AFB） ranging from （3 ＋ ） to （6 ＋ ） , and the average bacterial density index（BI） for 5.75,4.75 and 5.75 respectively.
