摘  要:目的研究儿童湿疹食物不耐受的临床特点。方法指尖采血。应用ELISA法检测儿童湿疹3 071例食物不耐受特异性IgG水平。结果食物检测阳性2 715例,阳性率88.41%。鸡蛋和牛奶阳性率最高,分别为58.51%和55.68%。新生儿、婴儿、幼儿、学龄前和学龄期湿疹食物阳性率分别为78.57%,83.08%,95.86%,95.71%和97.30%。新生儿湿疹最少,婴儿湿疹及食物阳性的种数最多,幼儿次之。新生儿除外,随着年龄的增加儿童湿疹就诊数明显下降,食物阳性率逐渐增加。结论儿童湿疹主要由消化酶功能不全性不耐受引起,鸡蛋和牛奶是主要不耐受食物。食物不耐受检测对儿童湿疹的病因诊断和治疗具有指导意义。指尖法采血适于儿童食物不耐受检测。Objective To research the clinical features of children eczema in food intolerance. Methods The blood was collected from finger tip. Fourteen kinds of food intolerance special IgG was examined by ELISA method. Results The enrolled children eczema was 3 071 cases. Their positive rate of food intolerance was 88.41% (2 715/3 071 ). Egg and milk had the highest positive rates of 58.51% and 55.68% respectively. The food intolerance positive rates of newborn, infant, young children, preschool and school-age children were 78.57%, 83.08% ,95.86% ,95.71% and 97.30% respectively. Newborn had the least eczema cases. Infant had the most eczema cases and the most kinds of food intolerance. Young children eczema was the second. With age increase, children eczema cases decreased markedly except newborn eczema and their food intolerance posi- tive rates increased gradually. Conclusion Children eczema mainly is caused by digestive dysenzymatic in- tolerance. Egg and milk are main intolerance foods causing children eczema. Examination of food intolerance play a directive role in etiological diagnosis and treatment of eczema. Collection of blood from children finger tip is suitable for examination of children food intolerance.
