润燥止痒胶囊联合盐酸西替利嗪治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒病85例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察润燥止痒胶囊联合盐酸西替利嗪治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒病的临床疗效和安全性。方法将入选的132例患者随机分为两组,对照组(47例)予盐酸西替利嗪口服和外搽炉甘石搽剂治疗,治疗组(85例)在对照组治疗方案的基础上还予口服润燥止痒胶囊治疗,疗程均为4周。结果治疗结束后,治疗组患者的瘙痒程度、持续时间和面积的积分(4.01±2.21,4.58±4.35,4.30±3.05)均低于对照组(5.16±3.26,6.41±4.44,5.61±2.84),而且治疗组的有效率(74.12%)明显高于对照组(51.06%),以上差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。两组均未见严重不良反应。结论润燥止痒胶囊联合盐酸西替利嗪治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒病的临床疗效优于单用盐酸西替利嗪治疗组。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Runzaozhiyang Capsule combined with Cetirizine Hydrochloride in treatment of senile skin pruritus. Methods One hundred and thirty-two patients were ran- domly divided into control group（47 cases） were treated with cetirizine hydrochloride orally and external ap- plication of calamine liniment and treatment group（85 cases） with the same scheme plus Runzaozhiyang cap- sule, 4 weeks of medication for both groups. Results After the end of treatment, degree of itching, duration and area integration in the treatment group（4.01 ±2.21 ; 4.58 ±4.35 ; 4.30 ±3.05 ） were lower than those in control group（5.16 ±3.26; 6.41 ±4.44; 5.61 ±2.84）, and the curative rate of the treatment group （74.12%） was significantly higher than that in the control group（51.06% ）, and there was a significant difference （ P 〈 0.01 ）. No serious adverse reactions was found. Conclusion Clinical curative effect of Runzaozhiyang capsule combined with cetirizine hydrochloride in treatment of senile skin pruritus is better than that only with cetirizine hydrochloride.
