口腔医院牙体牙髓病科进修生教学的新探索

摘　　要：牙体牙髓病科治疗的规范、精细操作和新技术新理论进展很快,针对这些特点,我们对牙体牙髓病科进修生的教学路径做了改进和探索:①由科室专家督导组进行专题讲座并分别排班进行临床带教,根据专家临床技术特点和专业特长,进修生有针对性的选择患者进行治疗;②在每周科室病例汇报例会上汇报典型病例;③结业出科前,组织进修生在全科进行病例汇报比赛,评出一二三等奖并进行奖励。通过这些方法,进修生接诊能力、新理论新知识新技术的掌握等方面有了长足的进步,达到了进修学习的目的。Based on the rapid development of theory, technology, the precise operational requirement and the revised treatment guidelines, improvements were made in the continuing education for dental trainees and the final effects were evaluated. Experts of the supervision committee and the department director were arranged to give lectures to the trainees and act as the supervisors. Case discussion was held every week. At the end of the training, case report competition was held in the department. The excellent reporters were awarded. Through these modifications of the teaching program, the trainees got remarkable improvement both in theory and in clinical practice. The purpose of of training was fulfilled.
