成都市部分离退休职工的心理卫生调查

摘　　要：为探讨离退休职工心理卫生状况及其影响因素 ,采用SCL - 90症状自评量表对成都市 2 0 2名离退休职工进行了心理卫生调查。结果表明 ,离退休职工心理卫生状况较好 ,阳性项目数和精神病性、偏执、敌对性、焦虑、抑郁、人际关系敏感、强迫等 8项均低于中国正常人常模 (P <0 0 1) ,仅躯体不适高于常模。离退休女职工的恐怖高于男性。离退休不足 2年和有婚姻缺陷者的心理障碍较突出。年龄、经济收入和担任行政职务对离退休职工心理卫生无明显影响。An investigation on psychological status and influential factors of 202 retired employees was carried out in Chengdu city using symptom check list 90(SCL-90).The results showed that the psychological status of the retired employees got well.The total scores and the factor scores in psychosis,stubbornness,hostility,anxiety,gloom,sensitivity of interpersonal relationships,and compulsiveness were lower than the normal(P<0 01),while the factor scores in somatization was increased(P<0 05).The factor score of phobia was increased in females(P<0 05).The psychological status of these retired employees,who were retired within 2 years,or who were having imperfection in marital status,was worse.Therefore,it is of great importance to carry out early health care and psychological consultant for the retired employees.
