摘 要:对钢铁企业 115 2名不同噪声暴露剂量职工、 2 88名低噪声暴露 (对照 )人群的血脂水平及其相关因素进行了流行病学研究。结果表明 :高胆固醇血症发生率明显随噪声暴露剂量的增加而增高 ,有统计学意义 (P <0 0 5 )。多元Logistic回归证实 ,在调整了年龄、饮酒、肥胖等可能的混杂因素干扰后 ,累积噪声暴露量的OR =1 0 2 2 ,P =0 0 33。提示累积噪声暴露量是高胆固醇血症的危险因素 ,二者存在剂量 -反应关系。体重指数、年龄、饮酒也是血清高胆固醇的危险因素。The association between noise exposure and serum lipid for workers in iron and steel industry(noise exposed subjects 1 152,controls 288)was studied.The results showed that noise exposed workers had higher TC(P<0 05)than that of controls.There was a dose response relationship in the accumulation of noise exposure and the prevalence of hyperlipoidemia.The logistic regression model showed that accumulative noise exposure was the risk factor for high serum TC(OR=1 022 P=0 033)after adjusted by age,body weight index,and drinking history.It could be concluded that the noise exposure might be one of the risk factors for hyperlipoidemia.
