摘 要:赤泥因其碱(氟)化物含量高以及颗粒极细等特性,造成了大气、地下水体和土壤的污染。本文采用矿渣、赤泥、脱硫石膏等工业固体废物与少量的水泥熟料制备出一种新型的矿山充填专用胶结剂,并阐述了该胶结剂应用到全尾砂充填、膏体充填技术上的强度性能以及工作性能,分析了该胶结剂的水化反应过程和充填试料块强度增长机理。通过浸出实验研究了该胶结剂的浸出特性,评估该材料对矿山地下水的影响,并运用可拓理论的预警监测与控制机制,实现煤矿企业安全危机有效管理。Red mud caused atmosphere, unground water and soil contamination because of the high fluorine compounds and fine particles. A new type cementing agent of mine filling has been created by using slag, red mud, desulfurization gypsum and other industrial solid waste with small amount clinker. This paper states the principles and performance of cementing agent applied to the entire railings fillings and paste filling technology. This paper analyzes the cemen- ting agent hydration reaction process and strength increasing principle of filling material block. Leaching characters of cementing agent have been studied by using leaching experiments. The im- pacts of the mine unground water by cementing agent have been assessed. Effective coal mine safety crisis management have been achieved by using early warning system with extension theory.
