摘　　要：研制了4种不同规格的T型标志牌(T-A,T-B,T-C,T-D),对不同规格的半滑舌鳎苗种进行了标记试验,记录了标记后的脱牌率、成活率、行为特征和生长情况,筛选了适宜于半滑舌鳎苗种标志放流的T型标志牌。结果表明:T-A标志牌适宜于标记全长8cm以上的苗种,标记后的实验鱼生长与对照组无显著差异,标志后暂养成活率92%～100%;T-B标志牌适宜标记全长16cm的苗种,标记后实验鱼成活率达到100%,脱牌率为0。T-C和T-D标志牌不适宜于标记全长16cm以下的半滑舌鳎苗种。2011年,利用本研究开发的T-A标志牌标记半滑舌鳎苗种,并在莱州开展大规模标志放流试验,标记效果良好。Four kinds of T-bar tags （T-A,T-B,T-C,T-D） were developed and tested over tongue sole ju- veniles, Cynoglossus semilaevis Gtinther. The tag-shedding, survival rate, swimming and feeding behav- ior, growth performance of juveniles post tagging manipulation were observed and recorded. Based on these data, we determined the suitable type of T-bar tags for tongue sole juveniles of different size： the T- A tags were suitable for Tongue sole juveniles with total length over 8 era, and T-B was suitable for those with total length over 16 era, under both conditions, the survival rate was higher than 90% and tag-shed- ding rate was lower than 7% post tagging. Meanwhile, the growth performance exhibited no significant difference between tagged and non-tagged fish using T-B tags. However, the T-C and T-D tags were not suitable for tagging with total length less than 16 era. Based on these results, we carried out pilot tagging studies on tongue sole using T-bar tags in 2011, a total of 10 000 individuals of tongue sole juveniles were tagged using T-bar tags, which would be helpful for evaluation of resources enhancement effects.
