摘  要:目的建立RRLC—uV法快速分离测定克咳胶囊(麻黄、罂粟壳、甘草、苦杏仁、莱菔子、桔梗、石膏)中盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱和吗啡3种生物碱的方法。方法采用AngilentZORBAXSB—C8色谱柱(100mm×2.1mm,1.8μm);以乙腈-2mmoL/L乙酸铵水溶液(含0.04%乙酸)(4:96)为流动相;体积流量为0.2mL/min;检测波长为210mm;柱温30℃。结果RRLC成功地分离吗啡、盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱。吗啡、盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱的线性范围分别为3.06~48.96μg/mL(r=0.9992),2.72~43.58μg/mL(r=0.9997)和2.57—41.15μg/mL(r=0.9994),平均加样回收率(n=9)分别为98.9%、101.5%和100.1%,RSD分别为2.1%、1.5%和2.4%。结论所建立的方法准确、快速,操作简便,可用于克咳胶囊的质量控制。AIM To use the rapid resolution liquid chromatography (RRLC) to determine three bioactive components of ephedrine hydroehloride, pseudoephedrine hydroehloride and morphine in Keke Capsules (Ephedrae Herba, Papaveris Pericarpium, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Armeniacae Semen amarum, Raphani Semen, Platy- codi Radix and Gypsum Fibrosum). METHODS The isolation was performed on an Angilent ZORBAX SB-C8 column (100 mm ×2. 1 mm, 1.8 μm) with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile -2 mmoL/L ammonium ac- etate (containing 0. 04% acetic acid) (4 : 96). The flow rate was 0. 2 mL/min and the column temperature was set at 30℃. RESULTS RRLC was successfully applied to the isolation of morphine, phedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in Keke Capsules. The standard curves were linear over the ranges of 3.06 - 48.96 μg/mL for morphine ( r = 0. 999 2 ), 2.72 - 43.58 mg/L for phedrine hydroehloride ( r = 0. 999 7 ) and 2.57 - 41.15 μg,/mL for pseudoephedrine hydrochloride (r = 0. 999 4 ), respectively. The average recoveries were 98.8% , 101.5% and 100. 7% , and RSDs were 2. 1% , 1.5% and 2.4% , respectively. CONCLUSION The method is simple and can be used as a quality control for Keke Capsules.
