摘　　要：目的研究华中五味子藤茎的化学成分。方法华中五味子的乙酸乙酯部分经柱层析进行分离纯化,并利用波谱技术鉴定所分离化合物的结构。结果从华中五味子藤茎中分离并鉴定了10个化合物,其结构分别鉴定为:3,4-二甲氧基苯甲酸(1),胡椒酸(2),香草酸(3),1,6-terpinol(4),脱落酸(5),bullatantriol(6),oplopanone(7),manwuweizic acid(8),3-methyl kadsurate(9)和1-(4,6-dihydroxyphenyl)-1-butanone-2-β-O-glucopyranoside(10)。结论除化合物5和10以外,其余化合物为首次从该植物中分离得到。AIM To study the chemical constituents of Schisandra sphenanthera. METHODS Ethyl acetate fraction from alcoholic extract of Schisandra sphenanthera was further purified by column chromatography and their structures were identified by spectral data. RESULTS Twelve known compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of this plant. They were identified as 3,4-dimethoxybenzoic acid （1）, piperonylic acid （2）, vanillic acid （3）, 1,6-terpinol （4）, abscisic acid （5）, bullatantriol （6）, oplopanone （7）, manwuweizic acid （ 8）, 3-methyl kadsurate （9）, and 1- （4,6-dihydroxyphenyl） -l-butanone-2-β-O-glucopyranoside （ 10 ）. CONCLUSION Except compound 5 and compound 10, the other compounds are isolated form this plant for the first time.
