摘  要:目的了解颈动脉超声瞬时波强度(WI)与心导管检查,评价兔左心室收缩功能变化中的相关性。方法选择雄性健康新西兰大白兔80只,静脉注射阿霉素后连续观察16周。每周末进行颈动脉WI、心导管检查及心肌细胞凋亡测定。结果颈动脉WI_1与心导管+dp/dt_(max)呈正相关(r=0.94,P<0.01);与心肌细胞AI呈负相关(r=-0.69,P<0.01)。而EF与心导管+dp/dt_(max)呈中度正相关(r=0.53,P<0.05);与心肌细胞AI的相关性无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论颈动脉超声WI与心导管左心收缩功能参数相关性较高,能较好地反映左心收缩功能的改变。Objective To explore the correlation between ultrasound carotid artery wave intensity(WI) and cardi- ac catheterization in evaluating left ventrieular systolic function of rabbits. Methods Eighty male healthy New Zealand rabbits were chosen. Adriamycin was injected for 8 weeks, then stopped and observed for anther 8 weeks. Every weekend WI examination, eehocardiography, cardiac catheterization and pathology were performed. Results Wit is positive correlated with q- dp/dtm,x (r~ 0.94, P~ 0.01), and the AI is negative correlated with Wit ( r = -- 0.69, P 0.01). EF is positive correlated with q-dp/dtm^x (r= O. 53, P^O. 05), but the AI is not correlated with EF (P^O. 05 ). Conclusions Carotid artery ultrasound WI examination is highly positive correlated with cardiac catheterization and could reflect the changes of left ventricular systolic function.
