摘  要:目的初步验证游程长度分析用于超声有向性纹理定量测量的有效性。方法选择股四头肌纵切面图像、乳腺腺体切面图像和乳腺区皮下脂肪图像各30幅,对其超声有向性纹理用自制的游程长度分析软件进行纹理的定量测量,测量时选用相同大小形状的矩形感兴趣区,将三组图像测得的最长游程和最长平均游程用方差分析进行统计分析。结果股四头肌的纹理测值最大,乳腺区皮下脂肪的测值居中,乳腺腺体的测值最小,其差别均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论初步证明游程长度分析不仅能定量测量超声的有向性纹理,而且能区分不同长短的超声有向性纹理,是一个有研究价值的纹理定量测量方法。Objective To initially demonstrate the effectiveness of quantitatively measuring ultrasonic directional texture by run-length analysis. Methods Ultrasound images of sagittal quadriceps femoris, subcutaneous fat at mam- mary region and mammary gland tissue were selected, 30 of each. Run-length analysis was used to quantitatively measure the ultrasonic directional texture in these images by a self-made software. The textures were measured by rec- tangle regions of interest of the same size and shape. The measured maximum run-length and maximum mean run- length of the 3 groups of images were analyzed by analysis of variance and post hoc testing. Results The results showed that the measurements of quadriceps femoris were the biggest, the measurements of mammary gland tissue were the smallest, and the measurements of subcutaneous fat were in the middle. Significant difference was existed among all the measurements of the image groups (P^O. 01). Conclusions The study proved that not only can run- length analysis quantitatively measure the ultrasonic directional texture, but can differentiate the ultrasonic directional texture of different length as well. So it is a method worth studying for quantitatively measuring the ultrasonic direc- tional texture.
