长三角城乡区域收入不平衡及演化——基于基尼系数分解方法

摘　　要：本文对Gini系数的分解进行拓展,把整个长三角看成城镇和农村两大聚合区域,将总的区域收入不平衡分为城乡区域收入不平衡、农村之间区域收入不平衡、城镇之间区域收入不平衡和重叠部分.利用Excel表上作业法,给出了具体的分解计算步骤.1993-2007年间长三角区域收入不平衡演变分析的结果表明:城乡区域差异是造成长三角区域收入不平衡的主要原因,而农村区域之间的不平衡是构成内部区域差异的主要组成部分.研究结论可为制定长三角城乡区域发展和区域分配政策提供指导和借鉴.Aiming at the problem of rural-urban region income inequality in the Yangtze River Delta, A new decomposition of Gini-Coeffcient is given in this paper. We take rural and urban in the Yangtze Rive Delta as two converged regions. The total region income inequality is decomposed into the rural-urban region income inequality, intra-rural region income inequality, and intra-urban region income inequality, and overlapped. Excel spreadsheet method is used to give detailed steps of decomposition and calculation. Then we apply it to analyze the evolution of inequity in the Yangtze River Delta. The results show that the regional difference between rural and urban is the critical factor of the total region income inequality, while the intra-rural region inequality has composed the main portion of intra-regional inequalities.
