摘 要:近些年,奶牛产奶量水平不断提高,而其繁殖性能却有着逐渐下降的趋势,对于奶业的发展是极其不利的。用传统的数量遗传学手段对产奶量和繁殖性能这两个遗传负相关性状进行选择进展缓慢,如果能够借助分子标记辅助手段,将会大大加速选择进展。许多研究显示,Leptin基因对牛的重要经济性状都有明显影响,因此成为近几年研究的热点。文章围绕牛Leptin基因的研究进展进行综述,总结了其对产奶性能、生长发育、脂肪存贮及繁殖性能的影响。In recent years, the reproductive performance of dairy cattle shows a gradual downward trend with the increase of milk yield in dairy cattle, it is extremely unfavorable for the development of the dairy industry. The genetic progress for the selection of the two negatively related reproductive traits is slow based on the traditional quantitative genetics theory, but the process can be greatly accelerated if using molecular marker - assisted selection. Many studies show that Leptin gene has obvious effects on economically important traits in cattle, so it becomes a research hotspot in recent years. Based on the review surrounding the research progresses of Leptin gene in cattle, this research summarizes the effects of Leptin gene on milk performance, growth and development, fat deposition, reproductive performance and so on.
