摘 要:为了初步探讨重庆市规模化肉牛场不同饲养阶段肉牛固体粪便的实际收集量,试验在重庆市某规模化肉牛场定期对犊牛、育肥牛和繁殖母牛的固体粪便进行收集和相关成分的测定,为估算肉牛场固体粪便的污染负荷提供依据。结果表明:犊牛、育肥牛和繁殖母牛的粪便收集量分别为每头6.19,11.81,9.12 kg/d;不同饲养阶段肉牛固体粪便含水率基本相似,平均含水率为80.27%;对于不同阶段肉牛来说,固体粪便成分含量差异不大。To initially investigate actual collection volumes of solid manure from beef cattle at different feeding stages in a large - scale beef cattle farm in Chongqing, the solid manure from calves, fattening cattle and beef cows were collected periodically on a certain large - scale beef cattle farm in Chongqing, and the relevant compositions of solid manure were determined to providing a basis for estimating the pollution load of solid manure. The results showed that the collection volumes of solid manure from calves, fattening beef cattle and beef cow were 6.19, 11.81 and 9.12 kg per head daily, respectively. It was found that the moisture content of solid manure from beef cattle was substantially similar at different feeding stages, in which the average moisture content was 80.27%. There was a little difference in the content of each component of solid ma- nure from beef cattle in different feeding stages.
