摘　　要：为控制和预防猪支原体肺炎,试验采用常规方法制备自家喘气病灭活苗,通过自制自家苗与市场上常用的喘气病灭活苗进行免疫比较试验,并用ELISA法检测猪血清抗体水平。结果表明:自家苗的免疫效果可靠,可用于本场猪群的免疫。To control and prevent swine mycoplasma pneumonia, the conventional methods were used to prepare the homemade inactivated vac- cine. An immune comparison was performed between the homemade vaccines with the market commonly used swine mycoplasma pneumonia in- activated vaccine, and then an ELISA assay was used to determine the levels of swine serum antibodies. The results showed that the immune effect of the homemade vaccine was more reliable, which could be used for the herd immunity in this field.
